I had a mole and a healthy margin around it removed from my back. The premise that normal, everyday sun exposure causes skin cancer is 100% bullshit. You have to get routine sun exposure daily to be healthy. Sun block products are horrible products; I lived in Hawaii for 12+ years and rarely used sun block. We just timed our exposure. See the Wolfram iPhone App SunExposure. There is a vitamin D app named dminder but I question their suggested exposure times - the SunExposure app calls out for shorter exposure times and I trust it 100%. Thanks Jennifer. Peace.
