I can't blame people for being skeptical, it's been a disappointing few years. However, this is a very good sign they have taken the case on and set a date. Most people don't understand this case is not about election fraud itself but about process and immunity from crimes. It's probably the most important case they have heard in many years.

You nailed it! I think most of us are like “well what is going to go wrong this time” because we have gotten so used to that. 100% agree this may be the most important case that they have seen in decades, maybe even in my lifetime of 46 years!

First of all, I am thrilled for you that your post got so many views! Yea! It deserved it. I hope they keep on comin'!

I saw this yesterday and thought of you instantly. (My bad for not sending you a "puff of smoke". ☹️) The fact that the SC is going to meet on Jan 6??? Just can't make it up. And the fact that the Brunson brothers are trumpet players..? The walls of Jericho and all? Can't make that up either.

That is what this case has the potential to do -- bring it all down...BTW, it looks like if the SC acknowledges the validity of the law and its penalties, buh-bye Ron Johnson. And for some reason, I just don't feel bad about that.

Why the negative comment about Senator Ron Johnson?

Expand full comment

Not meant as a negative, as he has fought so hard for vaccine truth. But with the election in 2020, he was not one of the 100 congress members who supported the 10 day investigation. He voted no to the 10 day investigation. That is why he is listed in the lawsuit as a defendent. I was actually sad to see that.

The biggest eye opener for all of us is that R and D don’t matter. We have plenty of blame to go around on both sides of the aisle. Many that we have respected and admired did not uphold their oath to the constitution that day. 😢

100%. ❤️❤️❤️ 🎯

Because he voted to renege on his duty as it regards the law requiring Congress to investigate lawfully-submitted complaints related to the election. Instead, he went along with the crowd to "boot" this duty/responsibility and certify the results. This despite the law -- and his oath to it -- that 𝒐𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒊𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒈𝒂𝒕𝒆.

Let's imagine for a moment that the Congress -- despite the Jan 6 "insurrection" -- did its duty and did find "irregularities" (Cough, cough.). Let's say then that Congress then sends the contested results back to the States in question and real audits reveal that the allegations re switched votes and stuff ballot boxes have merit, IOW, Donald Trump actually won re-election.

Scum in Congress and elsewhere would have lost their minds, but with Trump as President (unless the scum have someone point a gun at his head or at the heads of his wife and children), we have no federal "mandate" for injection. This means no federal contractors must submit. No airlines employees must submit. Etc., etc.

This has enormous implications for the country and the world. Ron J. blew it.

Yup. There are a lot of names on the defendant list that aren’t easy to see. Rand Paul as well. And when you stop and think broader, how many times has he had Fauci in the senate for a hearing about the covid nonsense, yet nothing ever happened?? He brings the receipts to the table, but it NEVER goes anywhere. The can gets kicked down the road over and over…..when in reality the can kicking could have stopped (potentially) with the investigation they asked for on J6. We have put trust in people we probably never should have.

I tempered my regard for Paul years ago when he endorsed Mitt Romney (?!) over his father. Unforgiveable in my book -- but I tend to be a hardliner when it comes to things like that.

Ever since, I've always had a "Yeah, well, we'll see" attitude toward the son who, IMO, betrayed the father.

Jennifer, thanks for the great posts and update. I live here in Utah. Can you elaborate further on what happens in conference? If you know...

From what I understand, at conference the 9 justices decide to take the case to a hearing, or they could decide to rule on it right then and there without a hearing, or they could dismiss it.

But what I thought most promising is that they could rule on it even before the 1/6 date. The reporting from the Brunson's that said the SC clerk and case analyst on two different occasions "coached" the Brunson's on what to include makes me hopeful.

Interesting, the Supreme Court clerk (!) actually called the Brunsons and asked how fast they could get the filing to them. They responded- two weeks. The Brunsons hurried and got it to them in one week... Praying! More about God: www.arkdiscovery.com

Sorry for the potentially stupid question, but why is Alma Adams’s name on the lawsuit? A NC Rep? Is it as simple as her name is the 1st alphabetically of all the named defendants? 🤓

Legit question! I am not 100% sure either! I would guess the same as you, she was the first alphabetically. But I truly don’t know for sure either!

This case will decide if "We the People" have to take the law into our own hands. Ex military will define the definition of what an oath means if these high priced corporate lawyers have conveniently forgotten what honesty and integrity mean and cost.

From the sources that i could find, less than 20% of the cases that make it to conference are reviewed. The others simply end there. I hope universe determines that this one is important enough to see justice done.

The extent of corruption goes much further, my wife has been threatened since 2019 with illegal orders by the friend of court in wexford county michigan. The day before appeal hearing state charged me with terrorism for stating id use my first ammendment rights and stop there illegal actions by any force necessary and stated they are following the same lines as ruby ridge, well turning in grievance orders and telling them to cease and desist. We won appeal making there actions unlawful and the judge bound me over as a terrorist for stating the court official was committing a 14 year felony by intoducing falsified documents so there fore the actions took place during the commision of a felony. In other words his felony made it illegal to freely speak of ruby ridge even know ruby ridge is viewed as government over reach not that randy weaver was a terrorist.
