A few days ago I posted about the Brunson vs. Adams case with the information I had gathered. Over the holiday weekend, I tried searching on social media, non-mainstream media, and on Twitter, and there was very little information about it. Those who did post about it on Twitter had the usual “attorney/lawyers” step up with replies that were…..well…..not very supportive of this case. Most stated that SCOTUS would not review the case and it would get tossed. Many other replies were that “this case will get dismissed by 10am on Monday morning.” Several others stated that “all of you wanna-be lawyers do not understand how this works so you should “sit this one out”. That was my second favorite reply as they suggested anyone who is NOT an attorney/lawyer could not possibly be smart enough to read a court docket. Gee, kind of like you have to be part of the CDC to state a covid “fact” or else it is disinformation? Hmm. The best reply over the weekend though, (my favorite reply actually) was “this case is worthless and the paper they printed it on would be better used as toilet paper for my morning dump”. OK that reply did make me laugh, and also made me wonder what kind of toilet paper they use in their home cause that sounded a little harsh and abrasive to use on such a delicate area. I hope they have a good plumber available! I much prefer Costco toilet paper, but I digress.
Thanks to all of you, that post I made has reached more people than I could imagine. Almost 8,000 people have seen that post, thank you to ALL OF YOU who took the time to read it, share it, comment on it, etc. I appreciate and respect all of you more than you can imagine. All of YOU are why I write my daily posts. I am thankful for each and every one of you who takes the time to read my posts. They are always free, always will be, and share them with anyone you wish.
Well friends, all the naysayers chiming in about this case over the weekend were all wrong. Kids, the case is headed to conference! On January 6th, 2023. Interesting date they chose……..
The Brunson brothers posted on their personal website about the case as well:
And, straight from the SCOTUS website:https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/22-380.html
The SCOTUS site also states what the Brunson family put out in their announcement. The case is distributed for conference on 1-6-2023.
I am not an attorney/lawyer, and I don’t play one on TV either. I am a healthcare provider who has spent the last 32 months fighting for truth and medical autonomy for every human on this planet. But all the attorneys/lawyers who said this case was going to die and be dismissed on Monday morning November 28th before 10am didn’t get it right. Hmm, sounds like the last 3 years of “misinformation” that we have all grown accustomed to. Does conference on 1-6-2023 guarantee anything will happen? No. But the case did NOT get dismissed, it didn’t get punted back to the 10th circuit court of appeals, so as long as it is alive and moving along, I will follow it closely and update any changes along the way! I would guess that until the conference date happens we won’t hear many updates as there would not be much happening until January conference, but you never know!
Stand strong and proud, as we all hold the line together! Y’all are fantastic!
You are fantastic as are the Brunsons!🙏🏼
Hold and advance.
Thank you for all your work and for caring so much.
