I think the Louisiana Public Health Region map colors don't mean anything. Sort of like that globe in grade school. Why were some countries purple, pink, green, or blue? Because it made it easier to tell them from all the surrounding countries. Each Public Health Region just got it's own nifty color. No actual health information there.
As far as the concealed data goes, this is a common tactic of deceitful self described scientific experts. Remember the Global Warming Hockey Stick Graph? Those "scientists" never did release their "data" for review by anyone else. In fact, the evidence shows they colluded to destroy the data set AND methodology rather than allow scrutiny. Why should the Health Terror Scammers operate any differently? Samuel Clemens was a visionary.
It's almost shocking how the "officials" treat the citizenry.
I'll see ads and "news" bulletins declaring to get the flu shot or you'll be sorry; get ready for the next pandemic before it gets you, blah, blah, blah. Saw a banner this morning on the outside of Food City.

But yet I've yet to hear the hospitals crying about wait times or inability to keep up.

You are correct: TN is a beautiful state. NoCal is as well with better weather, but, the politics are out of hand.
