I’ve lost all faith in our medical and justice systems. This is a travesty. RIP Grace.

Agree whole heartedly with you. It is just one more bag over your head punch in the face from those who swore an oath to uphold the law and to protect its citizens from harm. We are truly living in an evil time.

Normally I would respond by saying 'forward ever'. However, upon learning the verdict...

who ever stated we're in a spirtitual battle....is correct. A pause is appropriate in order

to re-group. Grace and her family haven't lost....as this is 'Earth School'. Grace's

spirit is FREE.

As par for the course, the WRONG verdict is in. A 15 minute deliberation for a case this monumental is a disgrace to the idea of courts and justice.

I read elsewhere they deliberated for a very short time. So short it would have been impossible to evaluate the evidence thoroughly. Frightening, as it seems to validate the immunity medical professionals and hospitals have been granted that allowed the lucrative Covid death protocol.

Proof there are still too many who blindly trust the so-called experts. I read through the comments on the article, one from who said he/she was a nurse and blamed the family for not following covid rules.

A criminal cabal of jurists (peers ?presumably?).

The PharMafia like THE mafia usually manages to get to their jurors/witnesses. Bribes, threats, extortion .. whatever works.

Ascension is one of the largest Catholic hospital systems in the US. Buyer/patient beware. It happens all over ,though, since the hospitals themselves were bribed. The payments for covid diagnosis, covid death , remdesivir and respirators were UNHEARD of for any other diagnosis.. and off the charts. This particular hospital fraud and criminality (murder) is but THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG.

The judge and jurors need to be put on trial. How can these people look in the mirror? Or are they so brainwashed there is no hope?....

Rest in peace dear, sweet Grace. I saw the video of your beatific, smiling liveliness and love. My heart aches for you and your precious, courageous parents.. I weep .. now

Are they going to appeal?

That verdict is insane! Did the people on the jury ever think that this could be done to them or their family members? What the hell kind of people think that it's ok to kill off people in the hospital on purpose?!

If anyone out there is a betting person; I will bet you the shirt off me back that those jurors were double vaccinated and boosted multiple times. Ironically, those types of people simply cannot see what is obvious to us. The defense lawyers should be aware that for a juror to find the hospital guilty, they would have to admit they are dumbasses and continue to be. Just speculation, but there is no other explanation.

My husband and I watched most of this trial on the Children’s Health Defense livestream. We are outraged. There is no other word for it.

The Plaintiff PROVED the doctors and nurses did NOT keep the family updated on Grace’s multiple breathing crisises that the timeline clearly indicated were the result of the 2 sedatives she was repeatedly administered in increasing dosages. No informed consent.

The Plaintiff also PROVED the DNR was illegally placed on Grace without the family’s knowledge and was illegally not immediately revoked when the family was screaming for medical staff to help Grace.

Grace’s legal advocate was obviously evicted from the hospital because he was too smart and involved.

The jurors asked questions that indicated they were suspicious of the medical personnel and yet came to a not guilty verdict in about 2 hours?!?

We are living in evil times. I cry for this exceptional loving family that lost their cherished daughter.

I would expect nothing less considering that any one finding of wrongful*, in hospital, covid times death could be "the toe in the door" that starts to expose the actual millions of Depraved-heart Murder deaths that occurred in plain sight in the continuing evil covid times.

Premeditated Depraved-heart Mass Murder of Millions via advance planning to suppress both Real Prevention and Real Treatment for covid to force injections of Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) Experimental Human Gene Therapy Products / what the covid "vaccines" actually are.

I do Hope and Pray this case of the wrongful death of Grace Schara is advanced to the US Supreme Court and there Grace Schara's cause prevails. To the great benefit of humanity.

see the definition of Depraved-heart Murder at wickedpedia here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depraved-heart_murder

*the "we will kill you in the hospital" "standard of care" via covid times in hospital protocols

I'd hoped she would win a big judgment. Still, it's only the decision of one jury in a trial court, so it's the weakest precedent imaginable. The judgment is only binding in that Judge's courtroom, and arguably only in that case. If it goes up on appeal to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals (an intermediate appellate court), it gains more clout. If decided by the highest court in the state, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, it then becomes binding precedent on all Wisconsin courts. In other states, it can be used as persuasive authority on applicable points of law, but no courts outside Wisconsin have to follow it. They can say the facts are different, Wisconsin law is different, or simply that it is wrong.
