Shame people don't let it do its job on its lonesome.

Sigh, too many trees around us, didn't see anything. Except lots of pictures all over FB. But yes, we are in a solar maximum, which likely impacts the weather way more than what 'climate change' shills would have us believe.

Great photos and I’m so glad you got to see it. People north of SLC, Utah said they saw them last night. I still have a chance to see them tonight. It’s on my bucket list too so wish me luck.

Sometimes I wish I still lived in Alaska. I bet the Northern Lights were really something. I lived there long enough to take them for granted. Crying shame, really. Staying out after dark to see if I can get a glimpse tonight!

Sadly they didn’t appear tonight. They were moving south per the Aurora app, and then they quickly went back north into Canada. I was hoping for one more shot at seeing them down here!

I stayed up late and took the dogs and hopped in the car to get a better view then in the forest where I live. Sadly I didn't get to see them either, but it was a lovely night and the pups had a fun and unusual adventure. Some friends got some great shots, but they were up very late... I did have a dream that I saw them, so there is that.

I was able to see the Northern Lights wayyy back in 1963 or 1964 as a child. My dad took me outside late one evening. It was spectacular - mostly green & blue hues. This time it was different. Not sure what to think about all this now.
