Guessing it would only apply going into the future and not retrospectively? Let me know if you hear any different please. Will be interesting to see if any Dems approve of it.

Sadly, if the past predicts the future, this will be another piece of go nowhere legislation that will end up on the scrap heap of where good ideas go to die.

It'll never happen. Too many of them on the take. They won't bite the hand that feeds them.

These companies have most of the politicians in their back pocket, this will go nowhere. Our best hope is to get Trump in office and let him turn Bobby lose on medical industrial complex.

This is where an informational civil war needs to occur if people only could be informed of the realities of the evil perpetrated by Big Pharma and the strong hold they exercise on politicians doctors and just about anyone who dares question Big Pharma Highly suggest reading Follow the Science and giving out as a holiday gift Knowledge is power they don’t want us to know what they are up to and what they have done. I had a hard time getting my head around it as someone who worked in healthcare my whole life

I noticed some wincing on a few pro-2A forums and some enthusiastic posturing on some gun ban forums as well. They should both settle down. There is a big difference between what this Bill would do and what the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act does. The Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act indemnifies firearms manufacturers against lawsuits due to someone using their products not as intended or in an illegal way. If their products can be proved to be faulty, the firearms manufacturer can be sued and several have. The law in question in this article protects the vaccine makers from lawsuits resulting in using the product as intended. Someone follows the directions, medical professionals administer the inoculation, and injury occurs. Not alike, opposites in fact. A distinction the gun grabbers will no doubt intentionally miss. I wish Rep. Gosar the best of luck with this legislation. It is about time for Big Pharma to be hauled up short. Why? Because they want to kill us. I apologize for veering severely off topic. Forgive me.

Oh, and retroactively.
