Rep Paul Gosar introduced a bill to remove vaccine liability protections that pharma has had for 40 years

This was introduced this past week. Rep Gosar introduced this bill to start the process of removing the pharma luxury of having no responsibility if a vaccine causes harm or injury to a person. Thanks to the current law, someone injured by a vaccine has very little recourse, and they cannot sue a pharma company for the injury. We have hundreds of thousands to millions to tens of millions of people who were injured or dead by the covid vaccine. Who currently have ZERO options to go after big pharma Pfizer and Moderna and J&J for their injuries. This bill would change that. It would remove the protections that big pharma has.
Following along to see if this gains any momentum.
Sadly, if the past predicts the future, this will be another piece of go nowhere legislation that will end up on the scrap heap of where good ideas go to die.
Guessing it would only apply going into the future and not retrospectively? Let me know if you hear any different please. Will be interesting to see if any Dems approve of it.
