The federal court injunction against the Government for censoring the truth came too late to save the lives of innocent people sacrificed at the altar of greed and arrogance. Censorship killed people by locking them in a bubble of lies that caused them to die. Let's not speak of forgiveness until the guilty have been brought to justice, otherwise they will move on to new and worse crimes against humanity. Sadly, forgiveness may never come. Criminal liability will be difficult to prove because its requires proof of homicidal intent, or a reckless disregard for life. Our criminal justice system can't convict common street criminals so it's unlikely to suddenly work with politically motivated criminals like the Covid fanatics. Civil liability (damages) will be difficult to prove under current law because of the PREP Act. The solution is a political revolution that throws out every woke bum and replaces them with representatives who will defend the interests of decent people and change the laws to guard against a recurrence of their barbarism.

But also note Walensky says the CDC plans to regain trust and trounce misinformation by prebunking. I’m sure this is where your fake bots show up, you discredit people you believe will be truth tellers, or you get a campaign that Ivermectin is horse paste, you aren’t a horse so don’t take it. I don’t care who runs this agency or the FDA, I will never trust them again (not that I ever did anyway). And I have not and never will make my health choices on what any politician, celebrity, influencer or ‘expert’ says without doing my own research. What out for propaganda, she is promising a lot more of that in the future. I bet she ends up at a pharma company making the big bucks for her contribution to the scamdemic. I wish they would be held accountable but in this current environment of complete corruption I don’t see it happening.

100% I agree. Florida "leaders" put on a false front - they took part in the crimes against humanity. I see that Idaho has passed a ban on all things mRNA - we will see if the governor signs it into law. Peace.
You said murder should be the charge. I don't think that will happen. The courts and the defense will all say what was said in that recent Texas case. But I believe we can get dereliction of duty to stick up an down the line. She should have been INFORMING HERSELF. As a professional, that was her duty. She should have know the Pfizer documents, the VAERS data, etc, just like we have all been doing. She didn't. She just admitted it. Therefore, dereliction of duty and maybe malfeasance. Plus, for those who did know, I would add manslaughter. Some of our own state health officials: we can prove WE informed them, and they did nothing. They became co-conspirators. You could go for 2nd degree murder, but I don't think that will work with the courts. I think crimes against humanity should be sought for those in the DOD and in the areas of science and corporate management who knew.
Why now? Because the backlash is coming and even they can see it. Perhaps this is a feeble attempt to avoid being hanged with their own intestines from the nearest streetlight. Just a thought.
