But then again, the whole covid episode ushered in the great reset of my friends' circle. I suppose these 22% are the same ones who plan to vote for Biden and think that the government has their best interests at heart.
Yes and my elderly parents are in that 22% unfortunately. They are still still asleep. Still after decades watch the NBC Nightly News. Honestly who can blame them because back in the day Tom Brokaw seemed like a very honest anchorman, I remember as a kid watching him. I’ve tried breaking through to them regarding Covid and the vaccines but nothing seems to work. I believe that since they had no reactions to the vaccines it hasn’t hit their backyard yet. It’s coming…. Like a ton of bricks. God Speed to everyone.
I get it my friend……it is so hard to give information when they just are not ready to hear it. It takes a proverbial bomb going off for people to get it…….. so frustrating!!
Sorry to hear that. My mom would have been the same but got lucky, she had a lot of skin issues after her first 2 and her PCP told her not to get any more covid shots. Mom is a CNN watching D and wouldn't let me warn her about squat, as I am in the 'Trump cult', lol. She got what they told her was covid in Jan 2023 while in a rehab center after surgery but only had congestion, coughing and lost her taste and smell. Her assisted living place was doing covid and flu shots last fall but just as luck would have it, she had a cardiology appt that morning and then I took her out to lunch and by the time we got back, they were gone.
Like playing Russian Roulette, every time you get another jab. But that 22% is completely set in their ways. I just hope they keep drawing the empty chamber.
I vote you go get 3 in one day! Go hit CVS, Walgreens, and a primary care clinic! 🥳. Ask for a new card at each place! Also ask if you get a free donut or ice cream cone.
