In a society where people are constantly testing (get your free home tests!) or being mandated to test, and told to stay home if positive so that you don’t spread the deadly virus....it encouraged (if not demanded) that people stay home from work. Some employers were telling people to stay home even if they had a Covid-like illness, even without a positive test.
I agree. That would explain missed days of work back in 2020-2021. Post omicron in 2022, why do the numbers keep climbing? Covid cases have been flat since roughly June/July 2022.
Are the tests accurate? That is question #1. Are the tests reported somewhere or just home tests? That is question #2. Many questions. The lack of severe virulence of omicron however should equate into less missed work and decreased disability. I am not aware personally or professionally of anyone who has been disabled or missed more than a few days of work due to omicron. Zero that have died. What do you hypothesize is the cause of increased missed work and disability claims? Share your thoughts! 😀
It depends. In healthcare, in a higher risk population (VA), employees stay home. Not for ten days anymore, but until they no longer have a snotty nose.
But presumably those were also in place in 2020 and 2021, correct? The rise can't be in healthcare workers, unless they're just now getting sick -- which once again raises the question of why.
True. The majority of VA employees complied with jab mandates. 98%, reportedly, in my large, midwestern, university-affiliated hospital. Some haven been sick, again and again. 😒

Business climate is getting worse and worse and the need for labor is lessening. You will see many of these people at the top of the layoff lists. You are seeing massive layoffs and Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Amazon just to name a few. I remember back in the late 70's and early 80's, if you took a few days off for whatever reason, you came back to work and someone would be sitting in your desk doing the work. Bye, Bye.
I read Ed Doud's book, it's filled with data. No one can argue against that data.
And there is an overwhelming amount of other data that corroborates Doud's research - data from you and thousands of other doctors and medical scientists who aren't funded by Pharma or the Rockefeller Fondation. Hundreds of studies and reports that provide irrefutably that these "vaccines" have seriously injured and killed more people under 60 than covid - and a lot more to come as long term effects kick in.
The good news is that thanks to you and many other doctors, the word is spreading. I believe that now the majority of people know these "vaccines" don't work and are deadly.
If I may jump in here, I propose the data we’re viewing here is, in large, due to personal and/or family member physical and/or mental illness and challenges, whether covid-like symptoms and/or other, due to continuous degradation of immune systems and other bodily systems and functions with the probable cause just as astronomically highly likely to be the acceptance of the Covid injections. It’s very sad what humanity is plagued with as a result of this scheme.

They keep testing, but "stay home because a contact tested positive" ended a while ago.
