Another crazy thing...children immune system is not mature before age 2 years so they don’t respond well to M Mr until then. It would make sense to give it after second birthday yet current schedule says give it at 12-15 months an since most won’t be capable of mounting a desired immune response you must give a second dose at or after 4 years of age.
This means that the children who aren’t able to mount the immune response at 15 months of age are susceptible between 2 and 4 years of age unnecessarily. Don’t get me started!

No, I do not believe it would be mentioned. I have no children, so do not know firsthand. I am basing my belief on the utter lack of "informed consent" I haven't received in the past about medications and injections.

They were the experts. Questioning that authority never entered my mind. Did I read the PIs that accompanied every drug I prescribed? No. What a fool I was. But, I will not beat myself up because I was betrayed. We all were - we did our best. Those who sought profits over safety will face a harsher critic than I. It's difficult for me to hope He will have mercy on them, but I must.
