They absolutely do. Or at least the US has the financial and military intelligence - infrastructure to roll out these programs across the globe at the behest of globalist puppeteers . We develop the tech here and then beta test it via other nations overtly or on the sly and blame the other nations when there is fall out . The nations that take our projects to scale in their countries first are amply rewarded for their efforts. I think tik tok is a great example. The tech was developed here ( darpa I think ) but because of its data mining collection it could not be rolled out here initially for legal reasons . So we “ gave/sold” the tech to China. Now it’s allegedly China who are the baddies. The baddies are in every govt everywhere at this point.
My understanding of tik tok is that it is designed to steer behavior via imitation. That’s why the videos are short and repetitive. I would wager as we are in the first fully fledged memetic war against humanity that a significant portion of the “ viral” videos are staged actors paid for via intelligence . The data collection aspect is to determine who is watching and sharing with whom. It’s both a method to demoralize via outrage as well as debase through crass imitation for acceptance.

Never have understood the fascination with Tik-Tok. Most of the stuff is really lame, just like the people posting it.
