Listen to Kate Perry song Fireworks... watch the official video. Tell me that's not conditioning...through out the entire song, various young kids in the middle of some activity...(even being born!) experience fireworks in their heart region. At the end, hordes of teenagers are seen with fireworks coming out of their heart area. THIS IS EVIL! What kind of sicko cabal are we dealing with here? Song from around 2010 or so.

Interesting comment, but the comments on this link to the song are worthwhile context from folks who were scorched by evils - parental abuse, LGBT hatred, childhood cancer (Thank you SV-40), teenage angst and existential aloneness, insecurity about one's appearance.....

Not helpful is that allegedly it is Kim Jung Um's ("rocket man") fave😭

Thanks for responding. About two years ago this song was a favorite of mine. I listened to it dozens of times over the course of the summer.

At that time, there was only two things that kind of gave me cause for concern. Not so much concern that I stopped to think about it, mind you. I liked the message of the song and would still describe it much the same way that you just did.

Anyway, what I didn't like was the whole idea of fireworks in the heart region. I read it as, people letting go of their heartache, something akin to over coming their troubles. Which is not a bad thing, right?

Also I didn't like the segment where the child being born is also experiencing fireworks. What kind of emotional or mental trauma did the gestating child experience that it needs to, so to speak, "let go if its heartache".

You know what I mean?

I haven't listened to this song for awhile. Just yesterday, I went looking for songs with America in the title to use in an article about the original meaning of the word America. I ran across this song because it has a reference to the Fourth of July. Anyway, I was delighted and decided to watch again.

Everything was fine until I saw the segment where Kate Perry touches her heart and says, "and your heart will grow". I know the lyrics say "your heart will glow" But it sounds like she's saying GROW. That's what I thought two years ago, even after I reviewed the lyrics. It didn't seem like a big deal. Glow or grow, who cares I thought, maybe I have bad hearing.

The last two years I've read dozens of news stories talking about kids suffering from enlarged hearts and dying from heart attacks. It just clicked for me. If you can't see it... I don't know what to say. It's there.

I don't know what it feels like to have a heart attack. If I was singing to kids about kids having heartaches would I sing, "come on, let your collars burst"?

It's all water under the bridge now.

Appreciate your thoughts. Music video is the ultimate subliminal propaganda medium (think super sunday productions during Covid Tyranny) but it really is also only music and words that grab you where you are at the time of listening. My teenagers relate to this more performance more along the lines of my comments above which is good and basically uplifting, even self-confirming. We also see the darker Covid/myocarditis/heart failure implications, but doubt that that is intended by the writers or video producers for darker purposes. That super sunday show was 100% satanic and deliberately appealed to the most venal impulses. Hollywood at its most effective.
