The medical industrial Cabal has way too much money invested in DEI programs to entirely walk away from it and some of it is good in that it promotes some matching of doctors and patients with similar cultural backgrounds.
Not that important because once doctors all become employees that can be accomplished by computer algorithmic reassignments.
I will Always want merit based doctors air traffic controllers and pilots working for me.
Agree with Joe, but like vaccine deaths the deaths due to undertrained underqualified and unavoidable specialists in the pipeline already will continue for years.
" Is suppression of the best and brightest and silencing βscienceβ in the name of DEI really needed?" Perhaps they would benefit from a casual perusal of Harrison Bergeron by Kurt Vonnegut? In Junior High I had the audacity to ask (out loud) if the society Mr. Bergeron was in was the ultimate expression of Communism. The upshot was that I had to go see the Principal, again. I spent a lot of time getting a good talking too because of the questions I asked. It turns out, according to Vonnegut, Harrison Bergeron was dealing with the fullest bloom of Communism. I heard him say it once at a live appearance. DEI is nothing more than promoting the unqualified at the expense of the competent. They want us dead.
I'd be happy if they'd just get back to "do no harm" and get rid of Ocare. π

Thank you.
They know we're on to them.
They know a new Sherriff's in town.
Some will arrogantly continue.
Some will be hurt.
It's not about medicine.
Since they are top heavy with DEI, they will ride the gravy train to the end.
I predict the wreck will be, as most train wrecks are, nasty, ugly, deadly, and very, very public.

Well said, Joe.π

Thatβs scary, but I think youβre right.π
