What is excess mortality looking like overseas?

The picture is not pretty my friends. These numbers come from a July 2022 report, comparing current excess mortality versus 2016-2019 pre-pandemic. This is the highest it has climbed, it was at 7% in May-June 2022.
Here it is in graph form: you can see the massive spike when we were using ventilators and Remdesivir on everyone, plus vaccines were introduced in December 2020, a rise again in May 2021, and a rise again with more boosters in the fall of 2021. Excess mortality slowed a bit through 2021 albeit still above baseline until this summer where it began a steep rise again. Long term effects of the vaccine?

Is it possible to show where this data came from? I tried finding Dr. Loupis on Twitter, but as you might guess, she has been suspended. On Instagram, she has lots of "sexy" photos of herself and her fake boobs and fake lips. She is an odd character, but that doesn't mean her numbers are wrong. I would just like to know where they came from.
