I have seen Scott Presler in PA aggressively registering voters (and other swing states) so maybe it isn’t all bad news. If they are starting to ignore states like Texas and focus on the swing states or polling problem states (NY / NJ after Trump’s large rallies) maybe these are states they fear they really are losing. Hard to say when you finally have an RNC operating under Laura Trump that is organizing like the dems have for years.
