The finger-pointing has started in Austria for “who is responsible for covid vaccine injuries”.

In Austria, the finger-pointing has begun!

Austria now realizes that the covid vaccines are causing harm.  But, who do we blame for this?  Well, the Austrian health minister has decided that it is the HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS fault for this, because they did “not properly educate patients prior to getting the covid vaccine”.  This is a slippery slope, and one that ALL HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS should pay very close attention to.  Because at the end of all this, it is the providers who see patients that are backed into the corner.

Remember how this played out:  the CDC/FDA/Fauci stated that everyone should be vaccinated.  They pushed protocols and that every provider should recommend the vaccine.  They gave providers ZERO information about the side effects of the vaccine.  Vaccines were given without much information to gather true informed consent from the patient.  Then when patients started having side effects from the vaccine, providers were instructed that it cannot possibly be the vaccine, ignored that the vaccine was the potential cause, and that was the narrative they received from the CDC and powers that be.   If anyone dared to speak out against the vaccine, they were ridiculed, called crazy, threatened with being fired, license suspended, all of the above.  So what better scapegoat than the providers when its time to shift the blame game!  This is exactly what Austria is doing RIGHT NOW.

“A parliamentary question from the ambitious FPÖ MP Mag. Gerald Hauser puts the Green Minister of Health Johannes Rauch under considerable pressure. But the impact on the hard ground of reality will hit that part of the medical profession in particular who naively believed the evidenceless assurances from the ministry that the corona preparations were safe. In the ten-page answer to the questions about liability for the Covid injections, it becomes clear: Rauch apparently gets scared and brushes himself off at the vaccinators. Because that is exactly what the Minister of Health 's answer to the parliamentary question confirms . He seems to be trying to pull his own head out of the ever-tightening noose and to want to shirk responsibility . Although he prescribes the "vaccinations", liability is shifted entirely to the medical profession.

Doctors would have to provide sufficient information about the benefits and risks of the treatment in advance so that the person concerned can make an informed and free decision . The consequences for the doctors are also mentioned in the response: " The function of the information is to protect the freedom of decision of the person concerned. " of medical professional duties . This can be punished under administrative and/or disciplinary law as well as have consequences under liability law.”

“This could lead to an extremely painful awakening for those vaccinators who have relied on statements from the Ministry of Health that the syringes are safe. Because a veritable tsunami of lawsuits could come to the gullible physicians.”

HOLY. FREAKING. TOLEDO. BATMAN.

The doctors in Austria offered this as their reply: “Doctors are not allowed to report any vaccine damage, not even suspected cases! Strict instructions from the Medical Association. Anyone who violates this is revoked the right to ordain”

This is a pivotal turning point.  One where culpability is going to shift from government to healthcare providers.  I need to throw my disclaimer in here: I HAVE NEVER TOLD ANYONE TO GET A COVID VACCINE.  EVER.  When asked by patients, I always told them that I did not have the data necessary to give an opinion on getting the vaccine, they needed to make that decision for themselves, do the research, discuss with the person giving them the vaccine and decide and if it was the right choice for them, and if they felt that the pro/cons were given to them, and informed consent could be made in good faith and good conscience, then they made the decision for them they needed to.  And I sleep well at night knowing I never ever told anyone to get this vaccine.  I always deferred to “their body their choice/body autonomy” to make the decision.  I was neutral.  I treat my vaccinated patients the same way I treat my unvaccinated.  With compassionate collaborative care.   

This is a slippery slippery slope we are seeing now.  We had covid vaccines made by the government who pushed the narrative out to vaccinate everyone.  Physicians and nurses and pharmacies promoted it as safe and effective.  With zero data to support that other than Fauci and the CDC saying so.  Coercion and scare tactics WERE used.  I listened to colleagues in my office say MULTIPLE times that “the side effects of the vaccine are way better than catching covid”.  Yes.  Those words.  How did they know that?  They didn’t.  So, who DOES liability fall on?  Pfizer for frauding the data and trials?  Hiding the bad and only cherry-picking the good data they got?  Or does liability fall on the Government for KNOWING the vaccine was not good but promoting it anyways?  Or does it fall on the physicians, nurses, health departments, hospitals and pharmacists who coerced, scared, refused care unless vaccinated, fired employees unless vaccinated, never discussed the negatives to the vaccine, etc?  The classic argument from Austria physicians is “well if we spoke out they took our license”.  Well…..you abandoned your oath in healthcare when you never uttered this simple phrase: “we don’t really know the long term issues that could arise from this vaccine because it is an emergency use vaccine with no long term data”.  Because that is truthful.  It is not speaking OUT against the vaccine, it is being HONEST.  And because that phrase was never given, INFORMED CONSENT did not happen.  You gotta give the pros, the cons, and let the patient choose to give informed consent.

I am aware of patients who say “I don’t care what is in it, I will get as many vaccines as they tell me to get.”  I am also aware of patients who were leery of it and had questions and their primary care provider said “I know 3 who died this week, it is wiping out entire families, and the hospitals are full of covid patients so you should get it”.  That person now has cardiomyopathy.  That is coercion and scare tactics.  Just like the providers in MY office who said the vaccine side effects are not as bad as the virus itself.  I bet the cardiomyopathy patient would strongly disagree with “vaccine side effects not as bad as having covid”.

This is a massive cascade that will eventually be felt globally.  Austria is just the first government to turn on healthcare.  They won’t be the last. At the end of all this, healthcare is going to have a hard time defending what they have done here.  “I did what they told me to” is not a legal defense.
