The DMV told me that “family can override” any decision made if there is “ambiguity”. So if you remove it from the license itself but the donate life gang has you on their list, they can claim it was an oversight on your license. If you have it in your will, I would hope that supersedes anything else but I trust these people zero anymore. Sad, isn’t it?
