In 2007 shortly after HPV vax approval Rick Perry Tx gov did an executive order to mandate this vaccine for girls 11-12 or six grade in order to attend school. Of course he had deep ties to pharma and big donations. The legislature pushed back and put in law to reverse his order but I’m not so sure we would get the same result today. Pharma has corrupted everyone.
