I have been concerned about the blood supply from the beginning of this episode. Experimental vaccines were all the rage in the US military during the 1990s. Anthrax was just the tip of the iceberg. Turns out you only have to volunteer once, and you do that at the beginning of each enlistment. So there wasn't much point in arguing about it unless you really wanted to live in a gated community in Eastern Kansas for a very long time. The point is that the Air Force went to a lot of trouble to impress upon me that after these experimental vaccinations I was unfit to be a blood donor. I believe the money quote was, "No one wants what's in your blood." Now I live a (probably shortened) life because of the nifty jabs I was given. Note: I did not come down with any of the dreaded diseases the vaccines were supposed to prevent. So there is that. At least the VA admits that my liver trouble is a direct result. The Spike Protein is the gift that will keep on giving.
