I totally agree with the color coding of these ridiculous vials…..some 6 month old is going to get a wrong dose and things are going to go sideways REAL quick. Especially as you said unlicensed staff doing this. Be glad you are retired friend…..healthcare is unrecognizable at this point! I am not sure what we will have left to build back something good from. We just keep plugging away! ❤️
