A coffee company, Snapchill LLC in Wisconsin, is a manufacturing plant for numerous coffee companies. They have initiated a recall of these coffee brands after a possible manufacturing contamination of botulinum toxin.

Probably the same way broken glass, lead and other crap got into the baby food supply. I think it can only be done intentionally. Plus the extra crap that got into the vaccines.
