Part 1: The vaccinated are losing IgG3 immunity and increasing IgG4 immune responses to viruses and bacteria.
Today’s post comes from Rintrah
This article came out on Christmas Eve, and was sent to me by two dear friends. I dug into researching it further while I was out of town over the holidays and holy cow, this is not good news.
First off, what is IgG4 immunity? It is an allergy related immunity. If you are allergic to grass, dust, or dander, you might get an allergy “shot” to help you not have allergic symptoms when you are around those substances. The immune response we mount when we are around something we are allergic to is an IgG4 immune response. It is not a strong immune response, it is rather weak. It is not designed to respond to viruses and bacteria that invade our body. Below is a breakdown of the various IgG immune responses in our body. “On the left you see who does the neutralization, right you see what percentage of total antibodies they are. Despite being just 3% of your antibody mass, IgG3 is carrying out 42.2% of the neutralization.
IgA is busy in mucus dealing with this virus, IgM responds to the infection by bringing the viral load down, IgG3 then joins the fight and tags any remaining hide-outs this virus has, so that your body doesn’t end up tolerating this nasty virus in the background. As you can see, IgG4 has nothing to do with fighting the virus/bacteria issue. That is what the other IgG antibodies are for.
After the second shot, IgG4 begins to show up. This gets worse with the breakthrough infections, then it gets worse again with the third shot. Now we have updated findings from breakthrough infections after the third shot. And this will shock you, but it gets worse again:
The above cases are where where IgG4 antibodies were starting to show up after a covid infection post vaccine, especially after a 3rd booster. On average, the four who are underlined had a breakthrough infection after their booster are now at 42.45% IgG4. The cohort as a whole is at 19.27%, up from just 0.04%, so the ones who haven’t had a breakthrough infection yet will end up at a similar position: A response that is entirely IgG4 dominated. You just don’t want to see an IgG4 response to a respiratory infection. Out of the IgG’s, it’s mainly IgG3 and some IgG1 you want to see. (For reasons stated above).
What happens when IgG4 starts to take over as the primary antibody? The virus evolves. It rapidly evolves to avoid the most neutralizing antibodies. Neutralizing potential against XBB and BQ.1 is basically gone. Second, IgG4 isn’t really meant for neutralization. Out of the IgG’s, IgG3 is the excellent virus neutralizer. What IgG3 does in the case of SARS2, is that they have their tails bind together. This means that out of all the four subclasses, IgG3 is showing 50-fold stronger neutralization than the other three subclasses against SARS2.
Here is where things get scary. Not only is the weak IgG4 antibody ramping up to respond to a covid infection post vaccine, but the IgG3 that we WANT to respond is weakening. You can see in the graph below that IgG3 is dropping to nonexistent post vaccine 2-3, and IgG4 is rising rapidly between vaccine 2 and 3.
A population-wide shift towards IgG4 for certain antibodies, can end up impacting our relationship to respiratory viruses other than SARS2 as well. You could expect for example, that vaccinated people may become better asymptomatic spreaders of other respiratory viruses, like RSV. We see evidence of cross-reactive antibodies between SARS2 and the human corona viruses. Do you want those to switch from IgG3 to IgG4? Probably not.
It seems a plausible hypothesis worth investigating to me, that the massive surge in RSV that Western nations are seeing, is a consequence of vaccinated adults now beginning to tolerate RSV, thus leading to a jump in infections in children, as they’re exposed to it more often. With children now getting these infections from vaccinated adults rather than from other children, the infectious dose they receive will tend to be higher. Asymptomatic spread from adults is also possible.
You have to keep in mind: The complete IgG4 shift only happens after breakthrough infections after the booster shot. In other words, the non-SARS2 viruses have not had much time yet, to evolve to adjust to the brave new world we now live in, where everyone is stuck with a strange subset of IgG4 antibodies for certain epitopes.
Wow. Remember when we hypothesized that it was lockdowns for 2 years that were making kids sick? That is not what it is.
Tomorrow is part 2 with Dr. Jessica Rose, as we dig deeper into what IgG4 illnesses look like.
An old client popped her head in the studio yesterday to say hello. I haven’t seen her in well over a year. She came by to tell me that I was right, which caught me by surprise. She said that everything I told her has turned out to be correct and all the things that I said would happen, are happening. And then she told me about how she’s had covid two more times now, but that she never got another shot, despite the mandate at her law firm. She pursued a medical exemption at my suggestion after tinnitus following her first jab.
This is the first time that this has happened for me- someone actually saying, “You were right.”
And I’ll admit, it felt very validating for a moment...that’s the humanness, I suppose. I’ve had plenty of people call once they get covid and are sick and scared and suddenly are wondering if I can help them get ivermectin and by the way, what vitamins and nose spray did you say I should get? But nobody ever just says, “Hey, you were right. Thank you.”
We have all spent so much time and energy and emotion screaming into the wind...ultimately to save the people we love. And we have been right. Over and over and over again. Only to be ignored over and over and over again. It’s that weird glitch that happens when someone on team jab reaches an inarguable wall and just changes the subject as if they’ve literally heard nothing you have just said - as if the conversation never happened. Cancel culture, the conversation version. I cannot imagine how frustrated Geert VB must be.
Anyway...apologies for the rant here, but this IgG4 thing is heartbreaking. I’ve written a couple of substacks trying the break it down into manageable pieces for anyone willing to read it. But it seems we have perhaps passed the point of it mattering. The implications are not good. Although it appears not everyone is mounting the same concerning immune response, which is encouraging. However I can see evidence of the problem in my day to day experience. Our clients have been really, really sick with covid and “not covid” lately. A lot. Out with what sounds like a bad cold for weeks only to make it in for one session and be out again with what sounds like an immediate relapse.
What isn’t encouraging at all is the cognitive dissonance that appears to be limitless.
How much longer does this go on before the masses wake up? Or is that just a pipe dream?
Yikes. Is there any good news in this like the fact that many fewer people took a third and fourth shot? My husband has a very pessimistic view, saying that he thinks this is species ending...I disagree, but understand that "we" have really done it this time and will bear the costs of this for decades.
