In times of drought, the public is all for it.
In times of torrential downpours, it doesn't exist.

We know from paying attention, that once the spotlight shines, the sources merely change names or shift to the new or remaining areas of darkness.
I wonder how many sources were disrupted by USAID?
So we already know that weather manipulation is facts. I think we can be 99% certain the quote from the scientist at the congressional hearing of “…..environmental warfare but also as tools of psychological manipulation.” Has also been tested and utilized. Question now is who, where and when?
I live on the leeward side of the Central Sierra. Funny how some contrails expand so much they begin to block the sun. I am a private pilot as well. My A&P (mechanic) says he finds high concentrations of aluminum in the 100LL fuel used by small aircraft whose fuel tanks are vented. We don't fly that high above the ground, this aluminum oxide they are spraying does get down to ground level and yes we all breath it. Despite the overwhelming evidence (like the election of 2020) the elites just deny everything and the media covers it up. We need to make the media independent again, that would solve a lot of problems and our founding fathers envisioned and independent, watchdog media.
This all reminds me of DEI - same problem. DEI has not gone away - it just being re-branded.
