Is it Lloyd's Of London or Lords

Lloyd's of London is a very established prestigous insurance co - may have possibly insured the Titanic

If I was him, I'd sue the hell out of all of them - the club who made him get jabbed, the Dr's who jabbed him & the veritable Lloyd's insurance co & their dog

Nail them all to wall & skin them

I don't think they have any choice or their BlackRock Vanguard overlords would have pulled the financial plug on them

Actually I think you were closer to the truth than you knew

Lloyd's is probably owned or run by a bunch of Lords

The farcical Titanic inquiry was overseen by a bunch of Lords

Now we are seeing rubber meeting road.

This is going to develop an entirely new specialty in law school.

We are looking at potentially monstrous payouts as more of these lawsuits pile on.

Monster payouts attract big game hunters, and we all know lawyers love the challenge of monster payouts.

This will be the BIG BANG and the fuse has been lit.

Yep...I've been saying since early 2022 that it will be a battle between Big Pharma and Big Insurance

As if catching a cold “flu “ causes Heart issues. Never in the history of flu season has it ever caused heart issues unless you’ve been experiencing this before the c19 jab. The insurance companies would’ve tested it. They are a Business they don’t want to have to pay 💰 their actuaries know this.

He can claim it was Covid, but the insurance company will say it was from an "experimental injection" and they are not liable for the insurance payout. This will be bad for Michael, but if publicized, it will wake up the world to realizing it's the vaccines causing the myocarditis, not "Covid". It will also panic other people with health problems trying to make insurance claims after being vaccinated. In Canada the insurance industry and the government reassured people that they would still be covered by their life and disability insurance if they got "jabbed".

If it’s the shot he can sue the NBA for the mandate. Always go for the deepest pocket. They required him to take a highly dangerous shot. For something that wasn’t a risk to himself. Cost him millions in lost earnings. Get it in front of a jury. NBA caves and settles out of court for millions.

Hopefully this opens up the floodgates......

They will fight tooth and nail to avoid payout!! You can be sure the powers that be will put everything they have behind Lloyds to avoid the truth leaking out. I’m glad he’s alive, but pray he gets justice!!! These evil forces that coerced almost everyone deserve damnation, but perhaps some will repent and try to make things right. We can only pray!

If they can prove his injury came from the vaccine, they may not have to pay because it was an experimental drug. Some insurance companies don’t cover injuries from experimental drugs.

It will be interesting to see if Lloyds takes the position that the injury was caused by the "vaccine," to take advantage of the contract exemptions and statutory immunities granted by the policy and the US PREP Act for vaccine injuries. Then we would have one of the world's most important insurance companies admitting the shots were dangerous. If they don't admit the obvious they overlook a critical defense and should sue their lawyers for malpractice. Most likely outcome here is an out of court settlement to keep it all off the record.

may be cheaper to take on the PHARMA FOOLS and expose them for damages than to try to deny the claim

Then he should sue the NBA for making him take the vaccine to play ball.

"Also, does his lawsuit list covid as the reason because arguing that it was the vaccine would be a harder claim to get paid due to the protections in place that prevent litigation from the vaccine?"

It shouldn't matter what gave him heart disease. This is like life insurance, which is paid out regardless of the cause of death.

Unless a heart ailment isn’t listed on the policy. He was an athelete, the policy was probably more for normal career ending injuries, knees or back or ankle injuries. Lloyds isn’t stupid insuring these guys. I’m sure it’s clear what is covered or isn’t on the policy. He could get myocarditis from drug abuse or something else not basketball related, Lloyd’s would have no interest covering something like that.

Interesting to see where this type of thing goes. It is likely there will be more of these suits.

BTW, are you being facetious saying "Lords" vs. "Lloyds"?

LMFAO nope, that is the blonde in me not catching the autocorrect!! Apparently my iPad wanted to call them Lords not Lloyds LMFAOOOOO 😂😂🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Oh, that's funny! Michael (on this thread) got me laughing, too. For some reason, this reminded me of the Warren Zevon song, "Werewolves of London." https://youtu.be/qae25976UgA?si=Vf8zLyjEcJ7x2IRY

"I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's

And his hair was perfect..."

Hilarious!

One of my all-time favorite silly songs.

Not sure if it was an auto correct to Lords from Lloyd’s- but it’s hilarious- I’m going to use Lords from now on- esp. since I work in commercial insurance. 😀

I dare you to tell your next client that you found coverage with Lords of London. Watch them scratch their head going “who the hell is that?” 😂😂

Oh, Michael. Now you've got me laughing. Yes, it is hilarious. And the fact that you work in commercial insurance? Lords it is!

P.S. So apropos, yes?

I wouldn’t pay it out if myocarditis wasn’t an ailment covered in the policy he has. His policy probably covers normal career ending injuries, not a heart ailment. And if he tries to say “they forced me to take the jab” which he actually isn’t, trying to blame it on Covid itself, he should look at kyrie Irving, who stuck to his guns. Irving will finish his career out, and make back the money he lost standing his ground. This guy was just another knucklehead that got in line, not questioning anything. He deserves zero dollars from Lloyd’s unless a heart ailment is clearly stated as part of the policy.
