This is good news, for sure, however, I suspect they will just move their GOF research to some other entity like the DOD working in conjunction with universities & other labs. There are so many bio weapons labs. Their evil isn’t halted by this one move. Like you eluded, they need to hold the criminals accountable & stop GOF altogether. I read that we had labs in Ukraine and that this was part of the reason to go all in the "protect" them. Don't know if it accurate but it would explain some of the hard push.
The WHO treaty mandates countries build bio weapons labs and not only to mandatory gain of function, but share it with others. Meryl has posted on this and the Brennans recently wrote about it.

Kill millions and years later we strip your funding, that seems like a fair punishment. Of course literally all the people that were affected by this, just took it. The vaccine injured for the most part just take it. The loved ones remain silent. If this was a dry run, the deep state sure learned how vulnerable people really are.
This is a slap on the wrist. They lose about 1/4 of their funding - the HHS part. The CIA and DoD parts are both larger than the HHS part, and those parts could still rise enough to completely offset any lack of funding and even to reach new highs in funding.
Call me a skeptic but defunding one of who knows how many organizations involved in gain of function won’t make a difference. And now several are calling for a 9/11 style commission which IMO would just be the cover-up like the 9/11 commission was. Kick the can down the road several more years while we all wait to hear something like mistakes were made, here is a small fund for the injured. I hope I’m wrong but we’ve been through before and even their SPARS document at the end said people were tired of Covid, there were retirements but overall no one was held accountable. And if they aren’t held accountable the will do it again.
Realism is depressing but the only good outcome is that some of us are better educated and prepared for future GoF adventures and World Health/Climate "Emergencies." Jennifer your role in the early days of the plandemic were helpful to so many. Thank you. Keep up the good work!
