I have never seen anything like this before. The history behind this case: Two brothers, Loy Brunson and Raland Brunson, both filed a court case in Utah. Loy’s case is still pending in Utah, but Raland’s case has now made it to the Supreme Court docket. As most of you probably know, getting a case docketed with SCOTUS (while it is still undecided in the 10th circuit court of appeals) is odd. How did it get here? Their case hinges on constitutional amendment violations of the right to due process. When an election has concerns of fraud, constitution allows for a 10 day investigation to look at the potential fraud questions and determine if fraud did or did not occur. This case is NOT one of election fraud, it is about congress and the senate NOT doing their oath of office and violating Amendment I to the constitution, Article VI of the constitution, the 14th Amendment of the constitution, section 3, the 5th and the 9th Amendment of the constitution, as well as a couple of Utah State Constitution articles. Most pertain to due process, the right to investigation, and not performing the 10 day investigation when questions of election fraud were presented to congress. It began in the state of Utah, then transferred to federal court when there were originally 3 defendants listed, Biden and Harris as well as Nancy Pelosi, and then 381 other defendents AND over 100 Jane/John Does to the defendent list. All are Federal Government members that are named so far.

There were 100 members of congress set to request a 10 day investigation into possible election fraud. A few members spoke on the house floor, and then “January 6th” happened. When the congress reconvened late that night, they voted down the investigation into fraud that was introduced, they stated that no further election fraud concerns would be heard “in light of the days events”, they were pushing through to certify the election. And that is what they did."
So many people forget this. January 6th was the day that the states were going to broadcast the election shenanigans across the airwaves. The 'riot' VERY VERY conveniently canceled that testimony -- and it was never picked up again.
Seems pretty obvious to me that Pelosi had a plan, and that plan was to Let It Happen On Purpose. (And if it doesn't, utilize the embedded FBI agents.)

While I am happy to read about this, I have lost all faith in our federal system, including the Scotus.
There can be ABSOLUTELY no doubt that the 2020 presidential election was riddled with systemic, systematic and pervasive vote manipulation and outright fraud. This was a stolen election. On that point there can be no doubt among rational, thinking people who value individual rights and freedom. The US Senate failed on January 6, 2021 when they certified the stolen election and legitimized the fraud by putting the puppet, Joey in the White House, along with the whore.
Clearly, the only proper outcome from this Supreme Court case would be to overturn that election if indeed that’s even possible . Frankly, I’m pessimistic, because I believe the Scotus is also fatally compromised just like the other branches of our government.
The same globalist entities that launched the Wuhan “pandemic“ on the world, and then the even more egregious and criminal “vaccine“ treatment, for it will not allow for their henchmen who are now entrenched in the executive branch of the US government to be removed.
Anybody who is counting on this to happen, is living in a detached from all reality, fantasy world. Sorry folks, that’s just the way it is.
Or might this be a ploy by the globalists/Deep State/tyrants for SCOTUS to rule against the case so as to attempt to stop the tsunami of citizens becoming aware of our manipulated elections - to attempt to “officially”delegitimize or put to death any fraud concerns?

I just watched a podcast with Loy Brunson last night, that was the first I had heard of this! This could be HUGE! As of last night, the SCOTUS could possibly be wanting this so badly because the top Dems are planning to push through legislation to A. Set term limits for the SCOTUS, and to Pack the court (Likely more crazy stuff too) in December, as they are now in a Lame duck administration. They want to push through as much as possible before they are tossed out on their backsides. So, in the podcast they were discussing that the SC could use this as leverage to keep these "plans" from happening, or that they could ACT on this- Whatever that would look like, no one knows. They did say that if the SC were to rule in favor of the plaintiffs, this could/would remove all the listed representatives the POTUS, VP, Former VP , Speaker, plus all those that voted to ignore those 100 representatives that did not want to certify the election, out of office- To be removed Immediately! There was talk that since Donald Trump never conceded to Joe Biden, that he would be President. Then would need to call for a State of Emergency, to replace the VP, and create an entirely new House/Senate, because ALL Democrats and many Republicans would need to be replaced as well. All the Executive orders that were enforced during the Biden admin would have to be revoked, reworked, even they don't know. THIS IS MASSIVE. I do feel very concerned that this may not go very far. I have seen the way these politicians cover each others arses, because it affects their wallets. They are tied to lobbyist and in the pockets of those Corporations/Organizations they are beholden to. This would damage the entire country (in the interim) as the country is basically "RESET". That may all be WAY out of line, I cannot see the SC basically charging over half of the House & Senate and elites with Treason (although this is a Civil suit- If any criminal maleficence is found, they could be charged criminally) and Breach of their
"Oath of office". I mean we are talking about the Governors of states, too. So I am not sure WHAT, if any remedies could be taken in the event that the SC rules for these plaintiffs. I do see that they WANTED this suit in their hands (The SCOTUS) for some reason, and I am leaning with them using it as ammunition to keep those that seek to change the basic fundamental structure of the Supreme Court. I intend to share it anywhere I can, because the Media sure as hell won't cover this unless they absolutely have to! We need to alert as many people as possible! Not only did Pelosii refuse Pres. Trump's offer of the guard, only about 1/4. Of the "palace" guards were deployed while the Natiobal Guard was directing traffic. While some of the tagged as rioters, others were and still are, imprisoned, one woman died and NETD'S doc-umentary on Jan 6 shows the CIA? Plant yelling for insurrection and people shouting at him that he was a stooge and and for protesters not to pay him any mind.
