When you say "the vaccine", do you mean the "vaccine" as in the mRNA injectable junk? Or injury from any injection, including actual vaccines?
In Florida, the DeSantis administration in its "informed consent" document let the victims...er, I mean people, know that all "vaccinators" from doctors to nurses to CVS employees had liability protection for any injury.
LOL! So the injectable junk but with this new law they are liable for any needle jab injury of any kind! So if they botch a flu shot and give one to someone with an egg allergy, and don’t use the nasal mist version and that person goes into anaphylaxis, they cannot say “well the provider ordered it” and use that as an excuse to avoid liability. THey should ask “do you have an egg allergy” prior to giving the flu injection (its as trash as the covid junk injection) and if they fail to ask that question, boom. Liable for malpractice injury.
Ohhhhhhh hells bells I did not know DeSantis offered that to Florida injectors! I agree with old Mainer below….I hope they gave true informed consent or else that document will be used as toilet paper during a nasty round of food poisoning! 😂🤦🏼♀️
Thank you! So for all needles? Wow. OK! Should be very interesting to see how this plays out in NC and across the country.
I did respond to Old Mainer's very good point about informed consent. IMO, the circumstances under which this crap rolled out made true informed consent impossible.
Well, I think that since the manufacturers failed or refused to reveal all of the junk's ingredients and since long-term safety data were unavailable and Pfizer withheld the full list of possible side effects, including very serious ones, I'd say every single person who got injected with this crap -- regardless of what piece of paper they got and signed -- was denied full and true 𝒊𝒏𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒆𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕.
However, if the nurse provided all the positive and negative information that was officially available she presumptively got informed consent for the purpose of this law - I hope.
That is pretty huge, indeed. Thanks for the information and for laying it out so nicely. I see some of the downsides but on balance I’ve got to go with this being a very positive development. Part of how we got to the awful place we are at now has been down to the abdication of responsibility up and down the chain such that no one seems accountable, whereas everyone involved should be... doctors especially.
How will this apply to vaccination injury? If the physician told the nurse to give the vaccine, the nurse is acting under physician order, and in North Carolina if that patient is harmed, the nurse can be held liable not just the physician.

I want to know why we don't keep going up the chain here. If the doctor was told by the medical board or whoever to administer shots.......
I agree. In that case, both the doctor and the nurse would be held equally liable. Physician for ordering it, and nurse for administering it. Both would be held equally liable!

This ruling is "interesting" on many levels.

I hope this means DeSantis offered liability protection conditioned on true informed consent.
