A few months before I started writing this Substack, the county I live in came painfully close to amending the county health policy, giving the health department director unilateral power to lock down and quarantine people whenever they wanted to.

Terrifying isn’t it. The only reason this DID not happen was county residents revolted, contacted our state legislators, sent emails, and showed up to the voting location. When the legislators realized they were outnumbered, they tabled the vote, and dropped it completely.
This is a terrifying example of what a small group of people in power can do to control the 800,000+ people living in just 1 county in Missouri.
A small determined group of citizens can work miracles when they need to.
I remember when Mayor Lucas announced the quasi lockdown in Kansas City - Jackson County. He was making the announcement on the local television channels. I was in a restaurant filled with the frightened gullible. NOTE: I naturally read micro-expressions. Always have. Not something I can really control. Anyway, the more Mayor Lucas spoke about the impending COVID 19(84) tragedy and the sacrifices all of us Little People were going to have to make, the more aroused he got. Serious nostril flareage. I thought he was going to finish right there on TV. So knowing what I know about anyone who REALLY wants to be in charge, (they are all tyrants) it clued me in to the fact that the entire COVID 19(84) thing was nothing more than a power grab. Worse, it was not opportunistic, it was carefully crafted. I tried to tell others, but they were buying the Fauci hype. Eating it up with a big spoon. I know in my heart of hearts that the vast majority of the formerly gullible still are. And those feeding us the hype want us dead. Line up gullible stooges!
