I did a deep dive into fluoridation in public water. Many problems exist, with little if any, benefit to the Western well-nourished world. Problems: lower IQ, disturb the oral-GI biome, much more. There is a large controlled study that shows no difference in large populations over time with/without fluoride.
We have a well for water, but you need to check the microscopic print on bottled water and toothpaste labels to avoid fluoride.
Never understood the fight on Fluoridation of drinking water other than it's another questionable government intrusion into our lives.
Growing up on well water, our parents had us take fluoride pills on advice of the family dentist.
Of the seven of us, can't see any adverse effects as all of the seven are quite above average.
However, that said, the government has no business poisoning the water with Fluoride or any other chemical with questionable or non-existent benefit.
If I had NEVER eaten or drunk everything that my parents fed to me, that lowers IQ, I'd be the smartest person on the planet.
