Just learned through the wonderful Katherine Watt that Florida has a statute on the books re "weapons". This statute specifically addresses "bioweapons", what constitutes same, and penalties for their importation, among other things.. It's Florida Statue 790.166. I think it has some real teeth, and I will be following up on this at the state level. "Tallahassee, we have a problem."
As for what Dr. Ladapo has done and what the numbers say? Shocking -- but not to us -- and tragic all the way around.
