The goal would be to just keep yourself as healthy as possible. Eat well, exercise, support immune health with vitamins like D zinc C and quercetin. There are some anecdotal studies that pine needle tea offers some spike protein elimination but nothing concrete study wise. I would opt for a cardiac MRI to ensure heart is functioning well, and keep an eye on immune labs (WBC, B&T cells, etc).

My 21 year old healthy but vaccinated grand-daughter was hospitalized 6 days with extremely high CK levels but no definitive diagnosis. I told her parents to get a Cardiac MRI to confirm myocarditis but mo excess activity for 6 months to let her myocardium heal. How many are like her are sick from the jab? How many doctors are still asleep?
OHHHHHHHH noooooo!!!! My prayers go out to her and your family. I can only pray that she is able to recover and heal. There are so many out there just like her…….and they have no idea!!!
So, unvaccinated died at a rate of 0.03% while the vaccinated accounted for 99.97% of all deaths.
Those numbers were predicted by using the "death ticker" statistics back in 2020.

Both my parents, 86 and 84, unvaccinated, contracted C-19 in Sep '21. Here's the story:
Mom was admitted to hospital for dehydration (tested negative), was put in a room with an actively sick infected hacking person. Fortunately, she had her cell phone.
My sister, who of course, was NOT allowed entrance managed to get a nurse to answer the phone and complained, but of course, Mom contracted Covid and was released to bring it home where she gave it to Dad.
Was a little scary to watch, with 02 sats around 90 (but no discomfort); Mom took 8 days to recover and Dad 10 days. My sister and I took care of them as we both were naturally immune by that time.
Meanwhile, we were treated as lepers, but the dying were all vaxxed!
No doubt about it! It’s a shame they won’t let arguably the best tennis player in the world come into the country. What a disgrace.
