What this is saying is that the amount of money spent to treat cancer is up 16.4%. Cancer as the underlying cause of death is at a 7.2% excess. Cancer as the cause of death is at a 29% excess for people age 0-54.
The trend line is not going down either.
You could also display that chart with "Medical Industrial Complex $$$$$" as the X axis. Cancer is lucrative and depopulation will save the world from itself.
