Never would have believed it would come to this. How overreaching can you get. The only 3 people who need to know what prescriptions I take are my doctor, the pharmacist, and me!
Wow. Every day, another illustration of full-on totalitarianism. Every CVS, Rite Aid, and Kroger employee must quit tomorrow and pursue Workers Compensation for moral injury. How could anyone work for an organization that violates the law routinely.
Maybe a bit of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn is appropriate here:
“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”
Do you suppose that those interned at the new Concentration Camps for their political associations will be allowed to mail in ballots? Me neither. I'll stop now.
Connecting random dots here... I wonder if the willingness to "play ball" has anything to do with the availability of certain prescription drugs that have been in notorious, intentional short supply? One of these is the only place I can find that can get hold of it for me. I don't want to do without, so I'll keep going there.
Just a question, but don't HIPAA laws apply to the pharmacies too? Where are the lawsuits? Somewhere there are a bunch of tort lawyers that are salivating and they just haven't figured out why yet.
Wow, I read the regs for Missouri. Looks like we are in for a repeat of the infamous General Order No. 11. In case you aren't familiar with this bit of Civil War history, the General in charge of the union forces in Western Missouri ordered the evacuation of all rural residents from 4 counties. This was supposedly to stop support for Quantrill and his raiders. There was also a more practical reason for this order. The General and his officers were siphoning off money to pay the Union Soldiers and the soldiers were not happy about it. The vast bulk of his command were made up of Kansas Militia. The General then let his troops ransack the unattended houses for anything of value. There are accounts of wagon trains of seized treasures heading west to Kansas from Missouri. General Ewing was a Democrat. We know this because he ran for office many times after the war as a Democrat. As a Democrat, he would have been viewed as politically unreliable. That is why he and his subordinates were sent as far away from Washington DC as possible. Anyway, because this history is not taught, we will repeat it.

Thank-you for this information. I will pass it on. How long until this is all pharmacies in the country?

Laying the groundwork for digital id and “ legal” vax records .
Yes, why? I mean seriously - does anyone know of a case where a police officer has asked for drug records and why?
Maybe this?

I suspect this is a fear tactic. A driver to get people to worry about falsifying vax records in the event the police could get them .

Who, what, where, when and why? No references, no facts, no sources? Why should anyone believe this story without any essential information?
Obviously you didn’t read the article linked before commenting, as the questions are answered and sources are cited.
The NCSL page is linked in the post. You can read the language for each state for yourself.

Thanks Sarah! I missed the first article visually because there was no link formatting. I'll have to dig a little deeper!
