The 2022 Blue Cross Blue Shield “procedure and vaccine incentive” criteria for bonuses for primary care providers
docbrown77.substack.com
https://www.bluecrossnc.com/providers/blue-medicare-providers/policies-and-responsibilities I came across this provider incentive program from 2022, for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. **please note, they stopped listing how much money the provider makes for each billing code. That is kept “secret” via the provider portal, they log in to keep track of their quality points to make sure they are on track for bonus,**
Doctors must have made a fortune off of me over the years...I have strep ever few years. I've been that way since I was a kid. Thank goodness, I can usually tell if it's just a sore throat (which I usually have
as I'm starting a cold). I don't go to the doctor until I'm pretty sure and so far I've been pretty accurate.
I really don't like going to Dr's. (no offense meant Jennifer) and avoid them as much as possible. Now that I'm older and need a few things checked; my Dr's office manager didn't like me standing up for myself...so I've been without a provider (UVA) for 2+ years. 😕
WOWWWWW it is. This is brand new information for me and I am in the know about healthcare. If you are reading Jennifer's article please request all of your healthcare records from your provider including all billing invoices to third parties that include the ICD-10 codes (sometimes they leave them off the forms to you) and reports to other third parties. They must provide them to you in most states.
Who knew... this is jaw dropping. 6 month minimums? What can be done? Anybody avoiding the doctor’s office now will need to be on death’s door after reading this. Do your research folks, and take extra care of your health.
This is nothing more than an extension of the reward/scam policy for remdeathsivir and counting non-Covid deaths in PCR+ as Covid in the CDC statistics. As for statin, many patients cannot stand the side effects, and the incessant pushing of them by internists is questionable. My wife was started by a cardiologist on a high dose of statins after a small stroke, and it was worse than the stroke. Diet and exercise addressed the LDL.
No wonder doctors get mad when you decline what they recommend. How much in medicine is a scam? Thank you for bringing this information to your readers.
They kept trying to put me on statins because of diabetes. I got annoyed with her several times. The last time I told her to put her fingers on her keyboard and type exactly what I say and this should help remind her to never ask about statins again. Told her to type it will be a cold day in hell before anyone will be allowed to prescribe that poison to me ever. She wasn’t happy but she put it in my records.
Well there goes that. I honestly was hoping (ignorantly as it turns out) that the payers would step up and say enough. I am guessing they are actually receiving kickbacks from pharma to incentivize all this garage. I know that 10 years ago, pharma tried to incentivize providers through a mechanism called honoraria. The FDA shut that down concluding that pharma was literally paying physicians to use their products. There were even some hefty fines dished out. It shows, among many other things, that the FDA is completely compromised. All this flies in the face of good medical practice or GCP guidelines. Amazing they can publish their crimes and nobody (except Jennifer) says a damn thing. Can we ever put an end to this? Or, is our healthcare system just too far gone with greed and corruption?

Thank you Jennifer. A damming indictment of the prostitution of medical ethics & abandonment of any medical standards. Disgrace is my politest term.

RICO...it's time.
I am so thankful I found your Substack, Jennifer. Thank you for providing indisputable facts and documentation along with your analysis.
I’m kind of in shock that hospice and palliative care are notable exceptions. 😂💉
Dr. Mercola has an article today discussing the harms of statins: https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2023/03/19/statins-pesticides-wireless-radiation.aspx?ui=adce3746f616cac29397acb91b7de2161db57f1f600282ad6f5df355dc2083f0&sd=20210813&cid_source=wnl&cid_medium=email&cid_content=art6HL&cid=20230320Z1&cid=DM1362399&bid=1750024759
