An Australian judge dismissed a lawsuit against Pfizer……but failed to disclose she WORKED for Pfizer.

What better way to ensure your agenda proceeds forward than to make sure you hire a legal team that is a sitting judge who will dismiss any lawsuit that is filed against you.
Pfizer did exactly that.
In the case of Dr Julian Fidge v Pfizer Australia Pty Ltd & Anor’, injunctions were sought in the Federal Court against Pfizer and Moderna on the basis that they failed to apply for necessary licenses to deal with Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) in Australia under the Commonwealth Gene Technology Act 2000 (GT Act).
Dr Fidge sought to present evidence showing the mRNA vaccines produced by Pfizer and Moderna objectively satisfy the legal definitions of GMOs, pursuant to section 10 of the Act. If this were the case, the court then had to consider the question whether Pfizer and Moderna had knowingly breached the GT Act. If the court so found, then Pfizer and Moderna would be prevented from further using their mRNA COVID vaccines in Australia.
The judge hearing the matter, Helen Rofe, found in favour of Pfizer and Moderna, dismissing Dr Fidge’s case on the grounds that it had no prospects of success since he is not an “aggrieved person” for the purposes of section 147 of the GT Act. The problem here? Helen Rofe had been counsel for Pfizer on 5 previous cases, and was on their legal team and payroll. Aaaaanddddddd……she never bothered to disclose this in the Dr. Fidge case.
They are now seeking to remove Helen Rofe from her role as a judge based on her actions in this case. As they should.

Honest to God, you just cannot make this crap up. You just can't make it up.
The venality, the immorality, the criminality -- rife in the Rofe types who seem to be everywhere.
The courts are part of the government which is in itself a problem when you want to sue the government. They don’t like to get involved and often punt on standing which according to attorney Robert Barnes is really a made up concept. And of course, just like owning the regulatory agencies, the pharma companies are making sure they have plenty of judges on their payroll. And one thing not reported often is how many radical ideological judges Biden has been getting confirmed the last three plus years. Good luck finding friendly courts. That is why Barnes strategically files cases in what he hopes are jurisdictions that may provide a more fair trial but they too often disappoint.
