Maybe they'll put a Doc on Duty in the delivery vans and they can make house visits...🤔😬

We have a new concierge doctor in our town that looks interesting but patients have to pay a monthly for the exclusive service. I guess I am wondering why doctors cannot still practice independently and accept health insurance and fees for services. A receptionist/billing person, office, and communications system is not that much overhead. Telehealth is easy under Doxy.me etc. and essentially free.

You totally can do independent and accept health insurance. Our office does! We take insurance and we take cash pay for uninsured. There is one bonus to concierge versus insurance, it removes the control that insurance has over your patients healthcare. If they are self pay, insurance can’t say no you can’t get this med or this test or this treatment. I use doxy for telehealth as well! Best $35 I spend a month for those who need telehealth services!

Jennifer, please provide a link to your office and the services you offer. I live in eastern Florida - my wife and I are heading to Tampa this month - we found a real doctor who is up on all things big pharma. Thank you. Peace. :-)

Good to know. I am putting together a promotion plan for our church in Western Maine. I would love to combine that with a like-minded provider group that could include doctors, therapists, midwives, etc. In the past these community church models were quite popular.

The concept is becoming clearer. I may also attach a heritage center store and a homeschooling coop. Can you share how the folks pay for the medical services in the church? I know some churches offer nursing home care to parishioners who tithe.

Wow. I just received the intro email today from Amazon. Talk about a big no-go. It's just a business model to the big corporations - they don't give a darn about people; it's actually a fascist mindset and a war on the less fortunate. Thanks for the update Jennifer. Peace. :-)
