I filed almost 2 years ago for getting fired for refusing the jab. As Robert Barnes the other day, “ the smart ones will start writing checks, and the dumb ones will be pounded into oblivion “.

From Barnes' lips to God's ears. Good luck to you! And kudos to you for your integrity and bravery.

We need prosecutions too...you know why.

The PREP ACT doesn't protect against willfull misconduct so next step is criminal charges.

There is plenty of evidence in the raw data of Pharma trials and research to show willful coverup of negligence. RFK is the man to take down Pharma if he is barred from the Democratic presidential nomination. He could "shred Pharma in a thousand pieces and scatter them into the wind" just as Uncle JFK pledged to do to the CIA - a short time before he was murdered.

Jim, the PREP Act says regulatory compliance is a "complete defense" to willful misconduct and I believe that means one has immunity if following FDA guidelines (which the US Defendants apparently were). In any event, "willful misconduct" regarding administration of an FDA regulated product also requires that the DOJ or HHS first file an enforcement action against the party and actually impose penalties against them. Biden's DOJ and HHS would never do that, so I don't think justice will ever be done without regime change. The fox is guarding the hen house.

I think every allegation in the complaint is true, namely that the DOD committed fraud and murder and intentionally deceived the person they killed. But it is difficult to overstate how powerful a statutory grant of "absolute immunity" can be. The complaint mentions the PREP Act, and the exception for willful misconduct, but does not address the affirmative defense of "absolute immunity" that shields the DOD unless HHS/DOJ first imposes administrative penalties. A number of blogs (including the one you cited) have given the impression that this litigation has circumvented this immunity, but I think the complaint will be dismissed on the pleadings for failure to state a claim for which relief can be granted. I hope I am wrong, but the actual remedy seems to be both both political and legal. As long as Biden is in the White House protecting the DOD there will be no justice.

We just had a family friend age 76 die this week after going in for kidney stones that required surgery which he never recovered. He was in the hospital for a month being tested for everything after the surgery and they came back with a West Niles diagnosis confirmed by the CDC so who knows how legit that is. They sent him home on hospice and he died in a few days. He was hospitalized in 2020 for Covid for over a month and of course got the Remdesivir and vent. So he managed to survive that and then he took all the shots and boosters because he was immune compromised. And then he conveniently has kidney issues that end up kicking off the process to kill him. How many people that survived the death protocol have severe health issues today. So disgusting, I hope this gets attention and an avalanche of lawsuits hit. And how much money did they make off this poor man in three years of constant medical intervention with bonuses for Covid protocols. Outright murder for profit.

Sorry to hear that. Sorry for your loss. May he rest in peace. Peace.

We need prosecutions of government officials.

It’s not soon enough in my opinion. Go after them with everything you have. Let’s hope some of the profits trickle into the plaintiffs bank accounts!

Three days ago, Dr. F urged us to read the Missouri v. Biden 7-page partial injunction. I urge you all to read these lawsuits if/when you can. The lawyers don't dink around when they write these. The language is frank and to the point. Boom! Right between the eyes!

Excellent news! Thank you Jennifer. I noted that Brooke Jackson's lawyer stated, on American Thought Leaders, that Pfizer's liability was over 3 trillion dollars & his goal is to put them out of business. Thanks for all the great posts! Peace.

Lord have mercy, those shots while being sent home on HOSPICE?!?!?! I don’t even have words. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I know! They also had pushed her to get the covid shots because she had ALS. We wonder if that also hastened her demise.

It's going to be a long hard road to fair and unbiased adjudication of these suits. What would be interesting and helpful, would be the attorney's perspective on how each litigant is likely to fare in discovery, and the challenges involved with obtaining actionable proof.

"The Narrative" remains the dominant viewpoint among the powerful, including legislators and the judiciary. There are experts to be called on both sides (some of them possibly having no conflicts of interest) and enough motivated reasoning going 'round to make any discovery process a three-ring circus.

Perhaps a spate of lawsuits is no less than we can expect, when the injury compensation system systematically denies almost every single application.

I had been against litigation, life is a risk. In this case, I hope they sue these corrupt companies right out of business. The greed that has overtaken corporate America is sickening.

I completely get that. I am a non-litigious person by nature. I hate the sue happy world we live in. And like you, this was the line in the sand where I vote “sue their asses off”.
