Great question, and I totally agree. I would hypothesize that there are a multitude of variation in what people are getting. I would hypothesize that the saline only vaccines were “pre-arranged” and paid for in exchange for a vaccine card. Others got less mRNA and more lipids in their jab. I think the level of mRNA in a particular batch of vaccines varies so much on a really big scale! I would also hypothesize that in the early vaccines the contents of the syringe were vastly different than what we saw 3-6-9 months later and even today.
Your point is spot on. A lot of people did have reactions and felt crappy. It had to be something more than just saline in those for sure!
