Most bottled water sold in the U.S. comes from the same municipal sources that supply tap water. If you are on a city water system you can lookup your water contents on this site.
Not surprising the bottled water is so contaminated based on the results I’m seeing for my area.
Seems like we all need to be investing in good home filtration systems regardless of whether your water comes from the city, a well or rain water systems.
How are they still putting fluoride in the water supply ? HOW? WHY? I think they only recently began doing this in the UK. There was a lot of push back but I’m pretty sure it still went through .
Great posts on water Jennifer - thank you! "I believe all of us need to use great caution with where we source our water for consumption." I could not agree more. We use a Berkey filter with additional fluoride filters I wonder what the best solution is for household water? If I find out any useful information, I will let you know.
It appears that the Berkey filters out uranium, according to the test results above. I am wondering if a whole-house filter upstream of the Berkey would improve the results.
Bottled water is allowed 500 t coliform, tap water is allowed none. More chlorinated to dist through the pipes. Well water in some areas requires no treatment
There is of course no safe level for Fluoride because, with average Kidney function, you will permanently absorb and store half of your intake from all sources each each day.

Thank you Jennifer. The elixir of life aka water. Needs a lot of care when choosing what we put in our bodies.
