Curious about the timing. I’d normally assume the cases are jab injuries but doesn’t GBS happen pretty quickly after getting a vaccine? Could the delay mean it’s something else like bad water? Or maybe the jabs sensitized people?

My best guess here would be that GBS is frequently viral related as well as vaccine related. I would guess that Peruvians are so heavily vaccinated that they are immune depleted, catching various viruses right and left and ending up with a worst case scenario of GBS due to the virus. The virus being worse thanks to a vaccine induced depleted immune system. Just my hypothesis though!
