Why do we have 4 deceased babies in Phoenix on the same day?

On March 19th, between 5-7am, the Phoenix metro lost 4 babies. They were found not breathing in the morning. Parents getting up and going about their morning routine, and their lives changed forever.
My questions: did these children have the same pediatrician? Were they vaccinated recently and with what? Is this a “hot lot” vaccine issue? A quick google map search shows that 3 pediatric clinics exist in the epicenter of where these kids died.
We already know they try to eliminate clusters of death post vaccine after an incident in Tennessee in the 1970’s where 20+ babies died post vaccine (I posted about that a couple of years ago). Here is the Tennessee documentation for a refresher.

The circled portion of the memo would seem to reveal awareness of guilt and a conspiracy to hide a crime.
That memo is kind of damning! No matter how you try to interpret the intent of the policy, the underlying premise is that the vaccines are causal in the SIDS deaths and the folks at Wyeth knew it. The policy is clearly meant to hide the evidence by intentionally muddying the waters. My conclusion is that Wyeth is just fine with the SIDS deaths, just not in clusters. Everyone involved wants us dead and they are coming for our kids first.
