What is sickening and sometime killing young infants in the United States and Globally? Parechovirus?

The incidence of infants getting severely sick and even dying from Parechovirus are on the rise. Symptoms such as fever, delirium, seizures, and sepsis.
So first off, what is parechovirus? Well, back in 2019, this is what they had to say about it. https://www.news-medical.net/health/What-is-Human-Parechovirus.aspx
It is an illness that is sometimes asymptomatic, and sometimes causes diarrhea, common colds, and illness similar to enteroviruses and hand, foot, mouth disease. They list the different subtypes:
They also list that in 2019 they discovered “new subtypes” of the virus.
In all of the history of my healthcare experience, (admittedly I was not a pediatric nurse or specialist during my critical care days), I have never heard of this virus. So I consulted with a good friend who has been a pediatric nurse since 2011. They worked at a pediatric only hospital. They have never seen a single patient with it. Their reply was this: “I just saw an article on that and I somewhat read it but never once had heard of it. Never had a patient with it”. So professionally, neither of us have ever heard of it, and I have never known anyone personally with a child who reports their child had this virus.
Now, THIS is what they say about parechovirus: https://www.today.com/health/cdc-issues-alert-parechovirus-severe-illness-infants-rcna38231
And the CDC has put an alert out about it. https://emergency.cdc.gov/han/2022/han00469.asp
This smells awfully suspect. How have healthcare workers not heard of this virus before? My source above is credible. They worked multiple units and outpatient clinic for kids. If this virus was so common, they would have seen it. So why is it now suddenly a CDC warned illness? My hypothesis? Parechovirus is an enterococcus. What did we discuss yesterday about Superantigens on the spike protein in vaccines? Enterococcus Superantigens. How many infants are breastfed by vaccinated moms? Is the spike protein transferring in breast milk? How many kids age 6 months and up have been vaccinated now? (Albeit not as many as the CDC wishes, but they still represent 1-2% of the vaccinated population now). Is it coincidental that the parechovirus data was updated in the fall of 2019, about the same time that the Agenda 201 was performed simulating the covid pandemic? When the covid spike protein had already been created by Moderna? They knew what was being unleashed, and publishing that parechovirus update back then helps detract from the story that the vaccines could have caused it. Call it a pre-emptive strike to say “oh hey this was on our radar LONG before covid, so it definitely is not the covid vaccine”. Again, my hypothesis. Time will tell. But it is awfully suspect that this is suddenly a CDC alerted illness when its a virus that was relatively unknown about until now. Which is also suspect because the neuro problems that table above suggests it can cause, that would be a virus that pediatric ER staff would be heavily trained in to know about and look for if a kiddo came in super sick. Especially an infant.
Not sure which is worse: Their lies or the fact that they have to state this on their website: “The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) protects people’s health and safety by preventing and controlling diseases and injuries; enhances health decisions by providing credible information on critical health issues; and promotes healthy living through strong partnerships with local, national and international organizations.” I must have missed their promotion on vitamin deficiencies and healthy living.
