On January 23rd, 2023, the Supreme Court received a petition for re-hearing by Roland Brunson. The petition has been filed and a new conference date should be docketed with SCOTUS sometime in the next week or so, with a conference date probably occurring in the next 30 days.
The argument for rehearing is outlined in the 10 page docket (linked above at the beginning of the post) is as such:
The petition for re-hearing is 10 pages long. I highly recommend everyone read it. It is very different from the original petition. The content remains fairly similar, but the language definitely changed, and a few things were added.
What does this mean? Again, none of us know. I am not sure what the policy is on SCOTUS re-hearing a case they conferenced and denied. I am not sure how often that happens. I am learning as we go here. But, the case is not dead yet. David versus Goliath. It just takes one well placed stone. Maybe the stone will land in the right spot this time.
Sadly, I believe that there are no court in this country that want to get involved with the whole returning of an election. It’s like it’s a radio, active substance that they don’t want to touch. It doesn’t speak well for the judicial system of our country that is predicated on fairness equality, in the rule of law. The fundamental freedoms that we enjoy in this country, which include the ability to elect people, freely and openly without corruption, is being compromise daily. I remain cautiously optimistic, but I feel that they will rubberstamp it and send it on its way.
Thanks Jennifer. I believe SCOTUS is corrupt. The original case was very clear. I will read the rehearing document - it seems very clear to me. I pray that Brunson wins and we rid Washington of the dishonest maggots ( Except for Ron Paul :-) ) once and for all. I like Katherine Watt's suggested course of action:

Thanks again. Peace.
