This video is a fantastic sample of how many in healthcare did stand up. Half of one unit of nurses said nope, here is my exemption, I am not getting this shot. And they fought against administration for different treatment for their patients. Sadly, that fell on deaf ears.
There are good ones out there. Sadly, the corrupt ones are far greater in number and get the limelight.

I would postulate the bad ones simply have too much power for the good ones to withstand.
We are already seeing daily how the evil are creating situations and accusations designed to bankrupt and harass those who stand up against them and they are using these situations to send a message to all others to keep their heads down.
Very few can withstand this type of pressure.
The only way for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.
