The Matthew Shepard case in Wyoming: was the death of a man for being gay a lie?
This is a must read/watch by the Free Press. Many of us remember the Shepard case, in the late 1990’s, Laramie, Wyoming. A gay man was allegedly taken by 2 men out to a fence post, tied up, pistol whipped, and left for dead. For being “gay”. He died from his injuries.
What made this story all the more sensational to the media was this was one of the first nationally broadcast stories of “gay hatred” and led to a pivotal movement in our country regarding gay rights.
But what if, that entire movement was predicated on a lie? What if his sexual orientation had NOTHING to do with it, and his selling of meth and debt to a drug dealer was the heart of the issue?

I was in Wyoming at the time. It is my understanding that the two other men were also gay. This was drugged up gay on gay violence.
