After the exposé of the J&J scientist yesterday……this dropped on the same day.
If this comes to fruition…..it would be huge. The PREP Act has to be eliminated, and pharma has been held liable for damage they have done.
He should also submit a bill to repeal the vaccine liability shield for childhood vaccines. Let’s put our elected officials on record. Particularly since Aaron Siri’s FOIA lawsuits demonstrated they never acted in good faith since The Childhood Vaccine Act was enacted in the 80s. All the required safety studies in the years since never took place.
The PREP Act proves the adage: you give them an inch and they'll take a mile.
