Psilocybin yet again proves its worth in depression treatment

While the FDA decided to not allow psilocybin for the treatment of depression, despite clinical studies showing great efficacy, here is another study showing how powerful this treatment can be.

In this study, patients were achieving depression remission with just 2 doses of 16mg psilocybin. And they were maintaining remission 12 months later. There are zero other treatments that perform this well.

Now we know why the FDA didn’t want this drug to be allowed. It would wipe out the entirety of the psych med market.
