Screened this movie last night, and it is a a good one. For those who don’t know the story, Merck had a patent as the ONLY producer of the MMR vaccine. But they had one little problem: keeping that patent required continued efficacy of the vaccine. And the mumps portion was not working right. People were getting mumps despite getting multiple MMR vaccines. Their answer was to get MORE boosters, but people kept getting the mumps.
So what did Merck do? They frauded the trials, the studies, and the data. Until a whistleblower came forward to admit the fraud. There is a separate side story of the legal team dealing with an autistic adopted child thanks to getting multiple vaccines at one time.
This is a good one for content knowledge. To this day, this case remains in litigation.
Have not seen the movie yet appreciate the recommendation as I have young relatives struggling with which vaccines if any to give to their small children
As for Merck, the litigation is still going on because of this country you can have as much “justice” as you can afford.
BTW, can anyone provide a link or insight into which traditional vaccines are actually more beneficial than risky actually justified considering the downside ?
Hopefully, if RFK takes over these issues for Trump, he will clarify them for us. He knows a lot more about vaccines than most doctors.
This jab has for years struck me as a weapon (aren’t they all?) Why are these 3 always combined? I think part of Wakefield’s original commentary suggested spacing them out (a true compromise – certainly not deserving of being branded a maniac) There’s something about the 3 in combination that is ominous. Wikipedia: “Measles is seldom given as an individual vaccine…” Binary weapons are important in biowarfare. Further multiples are even more “desirable”, especially for plausible deniability.
